 The mystery to the creaks…

I have had this elliptical for almost a year so I have had a great deal of time to use it. For the initial couple of months it worked great…and then it started creaking. So much so that I altogether stopped using it. I called client service and they sent a technician out. he told me that the screws ned to be tight tight TIGHT and that most persons were afraid of overtightening…he said not to be, just tighten them as much as you can. It is back to being whisper quiet. He also said that if you are perpetually putting it away (it is presently in my bedroom so I have to fold it up each time) and stuff, that the screws will loosen up faster. When it starts to creak, just tighten them back up.
I have one of the ifit cards and it is great. I always wondered why my workouts felt so much harder than being on an elliptical at the gym. the tech said level 1 on this machine is like a level 3 on a machine at the gym…so you are actually getting a pretty tough workout being on just level 1.
All in all I am very happy with this purchase. My husband swore it would become a clothes hanger within 3 months and I have used it steadily for almost a year. I would commend this for an individual who is looking for an lowpriced elliptical and does not have a lot of space.

I have enjoyed this elliptical with the exception that it is a little wobbly and creaks when you’re working out. I am going to level it with a board on my carpet and hopefully that will help. Maybe it needs a little more grease, though I can’t see how I may put anymore than I already did on it. The heart rate monitor doesn’t seem exceedingly precise and it’s hard to think with regards to precisely where your hands ought to be to get the proper reading, even then it reads up and down. The fan is a definitive plus to have and the speakers work well with my iPod. It’s much better than going to a crowded gym that’s for sure. I would commend it if you like to sweat in private!

Awesome Machine

This machine took a little longer to arrive than expected, and you ought to make an appointment with the shipper for delivery…once it arrived they brought it inside though, which was nice because it is HEAVY. The assemblage was not difficult, it took a while and you need two people, but the instructions are good.
The machine itself is awesome. I promise that it will kick your butt on the introductory use. You may feel that you are getting a good workout, and it isn’t bad…I don’t dread using it. Good price, free shipping, over all a good purchase.
