Just do not forget your experiences for the duration of mindfulness meditation: your thoughts are just thoughts. Just because you believe that those around you are judging you does not mean they veritably are. The more you exercise mindfulness, the more speedily that reassurance will arise in your mind, efficaciously combating your social anxiety. |
