@shesmilesformiles I do not incline the treadmill at all. I started my setting around 2.0 to get used to the movements. Now it varies from 3.5 to even as high as 5.0 depending on the movement. I will try to post up another treadmill video as soon as I can & go through all the movements. I have not yet received my treadmill from the contest so if I can get access to one this week I post another video to help answer the question a little better. hey i have a question for you! what settings do you have the treadmill on? as far as incline and speed go? i tried to recreate this but i just didnt have a very good flow. and i feel like its hindering my progress. so any little hints or tips you could share would be very much appreciated!

Thank you! The best thing you can do is not care what you look like when exercising:) Good for you for going for it. I purposely like to do weird exercises in public to make a statement. People don’t have a right to judge & make you feel uncomfortable about something that is positively effecting your life. @EfiQuintana I started the treadmill work yesterday- at 2.5 and I was able to skip, sashay and do the double skipping. Not ready for the leaps yet, lol! I did it for 30 minutes although I had to take walk breaks. I love it and I love the TA method too!

Hi there! Thank for the comment:) If you’re new to the workout definitely start at a slower pace like 2.0 to 2.5 and make sure you are holding on to the handles firm. Eventually when you are comfortable with the moves you will be able to work up to 4.0 or even higher:) But take it slow to start and just get comfortable with the moves first before you speed up. It is a great workout! Good luck and tell me how it goes:)
