A pair of loose fitting pants and top. Example – cotton gaucho pants, leggings, sweatpants, tank top, t-shirtetc. You do not need any shoes, but you may wear socks if you want.

    Anything that makes you comfortable.

Yoga pants are hip universally flattering, especially in dark or neutral colors. Pair with a brightly colored top.

Pilates usually requires bare feet, but I would wear socks and take my own mat.

But if you don’t have a mat, bring a large towel to cover the provided mats. My experience has been that those mats do not get properly cleaned all the time.

I have alot of fun doing Pilates too. Hope you have fun.
