When I basi received my vacuum bags, they were the generic brand. I called the company that they came from and they told me to send them back and they would replace them with the Oreck brand. I did receive the right bags and I am very happy with them. I priced these bags in an OReck store and these bags were way better priced.

I was skeptical in regards to ordering the XLOreck vacuum bags on line but I am so glad I did. The bags came in less time that was stated on the order and they were the authenti prodcut for less money. I would unquestionably commend ordering this product from Amazon.

Thought this was a great deal for authenti oreck bags nevertheless when I received the item it was the generic brand and not the oreck ones shown. The company nonetheless did issue me a credit for the divergence in price.
