It’s an elliptical stylus, too.
By Farrar Hudkins
I just wanted to add galore data missing from the former review. Ordinarily, the “S” on an Ortofon stylus designates it as a spherical tip, while an “E” designates it as an elliptical tip. The “S” styli tend to be used for scratching since they lend themselves better to backwards play, but (apparently) elliptical tips may be used with success.

Ortofon did good occupation with this one
By Tomas Jakl
When I got my Technics SL1210MK5G i decisive to go for the twins of those “GOLD” ones. Why ? First of all, I want to have good cartridges from good company with the name. No any discussion regarding the price. The second, they are closely same as the other “Concordes”, but, there is higher output, better tracking on plates, wider range. So the “weight” on turntable is on 2,5-3,7 and the rest is 3,0-4,0 (and on SLs you are almost on the end, no possible +/- for tracking force. GOLD is cappable to operate on less so you have option to add a heap of in case of non stable mixing environment. You don’t need to slide gains up for those so much, they are more sensible then the other concorde types. There are “S” or “E” versions of almost of all “Concordes” I am not sure which one is better (it depend if you “Scratch” often times or not). Some of the “signed” or “limited editions” are gorgeous same, just galore of the “technical aspects” are more produced for particular intention. If you are not so rich, there is also “Broadcast Twins” which are on same technical parameters as GOLD ones and designed for more hard application (open air events), I owned those too. In comparation you have to add 0,5 on weight and 0.1-0.3 on antiscate. IMHO all concordes are not for newbies, so if you are one, wait for this piece after you learn how to mix, they need a heap of care and substitute after 3-6 months. So learning actually hurt them and you just recompense more for replacements of stylus, which is not so cheap afterwards. Some default Stantons “tractors” are possibly better if you are starting. My settings of those are for “techno/acid”height of sashi = 1mmweight(tracking force) = 2,8antiscating = 2,5for “hiphop/scratching”height of sashi = 4mmweight(tracking force) = 3,5antiscating = respective …for “hardcore/breakcore”height of sashi = 1mmweight(tracking force) = 3,7antiscating = 4,0

Sony Vegas Pro.
Beginning was just a glow effect, then blend in the text, take out the glow and move and bend the text.
Effect at 0:39 I think was a zoom effect with no feather to make it look sort of like a shock wave effect.

I was just wondering what did you use to Edit this video? It’s awesome!
