Good Stuff! By MikeTGull I was actually just expecting a few of the top-rated ab exercises, but this book also includes lots of other selective information on how to improve overall physical fitness and stay the course when you start out to get lazy! Inexpensive and easy to read, I give it 5 stars.

Just What I Needed! By HomeGrl I not so long ago started working out various times a week at home (mostly cardio stuff by way of looking at DVD’s) and decisive I wanted to add a lot of specific ab workout exercises. I purchased this ebook and it has just what I was looking for… descriptions of assorted usual abdominal workouts that may be done anyplace you have room to lay down. I know the most difficult part will be keeping up with it and exercising regularly, but I may already see some betterment so the motivation is there!

I don’t think that the ankle weights are such a good idea. They can easily cause knee and back problems along with copamizing you balance. don’t forgrt,. A treadmill is moving machinery. Be carefull.
Christine
Lol i think i would fall over if i lifted my arms to the side
Salvador
This is pretty good advice. I lost weight using ankle/wrist weights while exercising, walking, and running. It’s very effective.. . they only need to be about 5 pounds; nothing extreme. I’m gonna try this work out soon.
And this man on the treadmill is FIIIIIINE!!! sheesh…
Victor

@tangadsangig by just doing crunches you are strengthening the abs underneath the fat. You have to burn the fat off by doing cardio.

Ankle weights = quickest route to shin splints and all manner of injuries, any runner worth their salt knows that.
Aurelia
ooo the guy on the treadmill is **** as hell

Well there are a lot of workouts that can called intervals but the simple answer is high intensity followed by a short rest … for example on a tredmill I put the incline all the way up run as fast as i can for 30 seconds then jog for a minute… I do that for about 15 to 20 min. there are tons of varaitions and this might not be the best but its one way
Sanford
what are intervals?
Crystal
so are you saying weight lifting doing squats is bad? lol… I dont run much anymore but I was in crosscountry and track doing distance. now i’m focused on other things but i run like 2-3 times a week.

@J0hnFreeman i really don’t believe you’re an actual runner. sorry. i’ve never heard of someone doing serious running with weights. it’s really a waste of energy. and it can throw your body out of alignment. like i said, this is bad advice. it’s also an unnecessary and unhelpful recommendation.
Courtney
nah makes you get used to running with weight. without weights obviously you would run easier. I do run hills and to make it even harder I do do it with ankle weights. I dont do tredmill workouts i run outside
Nickolas
@J0hnFreeman why oh why would you want to add ankle weights and possible throw yourself out of alignment and put pressure on your ankles and knees. you’d get a better workout just increasing the incline and running. or increasing the speed. also, increasing your distance ran. hill workouts=strength training.
