5Super Fun–Get Two For a Better Workout

3fun but very small

This is a fun twist board, notwithstanding it is only 10 inches, not alot of room to stand and twist if you are very big. I may do it, but would be more comfortable if they would add a couple of inches.

5It Twists!

It works outstanding if you do not forget to use it. That’s the main problem. I am 52 and do not forget having something like this when I was a kid. I used it then, for my waist size, but I use it now for to just twist to make my back feel good.

    @DanielBK13 Id go with treadmill because you will incinerate fat much faster. In addition to the treadmill you should bench press and do at least 50 push ups a day.

    @DanielBK13 Nothing beats good old fashioned running. The treadmill is a much better workout than the elliptical. People like the elliptical because its easy and you’re burning a lot of calories. The truth is that you’re really only burning a third of those calories. The elliptical uses momentum which makes the excercise easy. Go with the treadmill or real running. Elliptical won’t get you toned. It is just a cardio workout meaning that it will burn fat and muscle.

    @DanielBK13 it really makes no difference, any sporty t-shirt works, for example an adidas shirt or a nike shirt, but wear something light ; not heavy otherwise its hard to lose your weight… dont ask me, thats how they say it

    @DanielBK13 the elliptical, cuz u burn more calories that way and lose weight faster, i am fit but i also had a bit of weight to lose (about 2 pounds) and i just ran for about 30 mins 6 days a week, 6 days of training and 1 day rest, i usually take a rest on sunday, and i lost my 2 pounds in only 1 week, but i kept on doing it to avoid gaining the weight again, hope this helps ;)

    I am recovering from an injury and am having difficulty using the treadmill (problems with impact on knees). However, I just started using the elliptical for the first time and enjoy it. I am pushing myself very hard and no impact on my knees! It tells me that after 30 min, I am burning over 350 calories (weigh 210). Is this accurate? I am using very light resistance, but am pushing hard! Thank you.
