untrue. Maybe I tuned in past that part. AND.. where is my iFit card? I didn’t get one and it says it comes with it.. it’s your job to deliver in a decent manner not allow customers to be screwed! HSN could fall tomorrow if enough of us would think beyond our greed. We create big company monsters that treat us badly. The item seems nice but the work to carry in peices up the stairs. This item should be 300.00 we do all the work put it together. FIND A BETTER SHIPPER!

Ordered this elliptical which delivery guys LEFT AT CURBSIDE! I never knew they wouldn’t bring it into my house. 150 pound machine sitting there now what? Never told me this before I ordered. 9 day wait just for order to get to the company. They should find a different shipper for 45.00 who WILL deliver item into my house. This is big companies STILL treating customers like crap! HSN is low class. We can’t lift that machine alone!
