    No doing exercises with light dumbbells will not stunt your growth if you are doing them correctly, however it is unnecessary for you to do weight training at such a young age. If you wish to improve your muscles stick to simply exercises such as press ups, chin ups, dips and sit ups. These are very effective and as a rule safe.

    My Advice: Don’t waste your time with the dumbbells at your age, do chin ups, dips, press ups and sit ups. Eat Well and don’t obsess. In order for muscle to repair you need to allow it to have time to regrow. Don’t over exercise, since your muscles wont regrow before you do more exercise.
