 Stacking Kit

Works as advertised. Easy to install and all holes pre-drilled on LG washer. Keeps the stacked dryer in place and very stable.

 Service not at LG
By thick slice
Purchased this and when I opened it no screws in site. Emailed customer service and told them I needed to know the size of the screws because I needed this installed ASAP. There response was the size of the screws is unavalible? That if I didn’t have time to ORDER them from thier parts department I should take the pieces to the hardware store to figure out what size I needed.
Well for one why in the world would or should I have to ORDER the parts from them when the parts should of been in the kit in the first place? Secondly how am I going to tote my washing machine to the hardware store to see what screws are the right fit for the kit. My primary concern is putting to long of a screw through the piece that attaches to the washer and damaging something on the inside of the unit. As for the size I could eyeball it and get with in one size of it and it would work.
I can’t believe a company that turns out a great product has such crappy customer service. Actually I guess it make since if you do not receive that many customer service calls, I guess you kind of forget how to take care of your most important resource as a company. Your customers!

A must-have accessory

Having owned a pair of Samsung front-loading machines for a year, I suddenly realized I could stack them. I bought the stacking kit from Amazon so I could get the free 2-day shipping (Amazon Prime), and I knew it wouldn’t be some aftermarket junk. The kit arrived on time, all the pieces were there, the instructions were clear, and I had the whole thing set up in under 10 minutes. All the pieces fit right, the holes all lined up (no drilling needed), the hardest part was lifting the dryer up but this is not too bad with 2 people lifting. If you own Samsung machines, google your model numbers along with this kit’s number (WSTK1) and make sure it is the one you need.
