In our last issue we took on the fun and rewarding task of putting a Vision Board together. Is yours in a conspicuous place where you may stare at it and dream your dreams? I hope so.

It is known that we formulate what we want in three steps: Ask, Believe, Receive.

The Vision Board is one way you learn to ask for what you want. It helps you get very clear regarding what it is you want. Now you just need to believe that what you want is yours! It’s necessary to realize that your brain, from the moment of birth, has genuinely been programmed to have sure beliefs, commonly inherited or instilled by well meaning people who wanted to protect you from disappointments or injury. All of these beliefs have brought you to this point in your life. If you are not happy with where you are right now, this is an indication that your beliefs need to be changed. To do this you need to build a heap of new neurotransmitters in your brain.

This in truth is in truth based on science! Everything is ENERGY. Thought is the most potent form of energy. All thought is in a neverending state of vibration. All of these vibrations have a sure frequency and all we need to do is align our thoughts with the desired frequency in order to attract what we want! You have the power to choose those thoughts.

So let’s take this a step at a time. For each picture of your desires that you have on your Vision Board, construct words to describe it and write them down. ie: “I’m enjoying eating the delicious foods compatible with my best health”, or “I’m sentiment extremely pleasing at ___ pounds”, or “I’m earning more than ___dollars each month marketing my/working at my____”, or “I’m sentiment the warm, moist ocean breeze on my face while standing on the deck of my brand new sailboat”.

Use very descriptive “feeling” language. Ensure that the sentence is worded in the present tense. In other words stay away from phrases like ” I will…” or I want….”, these keep you in a state of “willing” and “wanting” rather of ‘having’. Avoid words such as “lose weight” or “debt” for those will become the focus and you don’t want to focus on loss or debt. Instead, use a phrase such as “I feel full of good health and energy at ___ pounds”, “I have ____dollars in my investments that are earning ___% interest”. This will become YOUR LIST.

Let’s get started building those new neurotransmitters of ‘belief’, new programming for your brain. To do this you will need to write this list each day. In the beginning these sentences will feel very awkward and your brain will undertake to sabotage you with thoughts like “This is stupid, I don’t weigh ___pounds, how on world am I ever going to own a sailboat, but I don’t like the foods I have to eat to lose weight, etc. etc..” Just brush those thoughts detached and carry on your each day writing.

Within 26 to 32 days you will commence to feel differently, you will find that you have almost memorized the list, you will be perhaps amazed to find that a lot of of the affirmations you are writing are in truth happening!

There is one rule. You can not skip of day of writing your list. If you do, when you begin again, it will be as if you are starting at day one again.

I just have to slip in one more rule. Be centered in gratitude for all the things that you presently have in your life. This is part of step three, the receiving part.

Now you have your Vision Board, your daily affirmations of ‘wants’ and you are thankful for the life and the things you have.

Okay, I promise this is the last rule….begin acting, speaking and thinking as though you have already received what you have asked for! Remember, everything is energy and when you start out to emit the frequency of having already received, the Law of Attraction will get started to move the people, circumstances and events for you to receive. Leave the “how” up to the Universe.

Today’s Assignment. Action follows thought. Look at your Vision Board and dream, dream, dream. Your mind thinks in pictures, not words. Allow yourself to become immersed in the terrifi sensations of living your dreams. Once again, the sensations put you on the frequency of attraction.

Now look at your written list and for each statement write down one action step you may take to start out to put the wheels in motion toward the accomplishment of that desire. It doesn’t have to be a huge thing. Even a little baby step starts your journey. Remember, you are aligning actions with thoughts so they are on the same frequency. You are in harmoniousness with the Law of Attraction.

Anytime you experience feeling of annoyance at being hindered or criticized with any of the above, realize that it is caused by your old programming that is just attempting to push you back into old behaviours. Stay on your new path. Man walked on the moon because he believed he could, even when to a great deal of it was believed as impossible!

I purchased this and wondered if this was going to be easy to use. Diets are not easy and lets face it…unless exercising is your hobby…exercising beauteous much $uck$!! LOL I had to get something that motivated me! I am beauteous much 100 lbs. overweight, short, I’m 38 years old and this “game” is perfective for those that are overweight. And it IS easy to USE!

I AGREE with one of the last views made by somebody that if you are for the most part fit and have just a bit of flab to lose, this isn’t for you and that Nintendo SHOULD come up with “My Toning Coach”! GREAT IDEA (Im sure if humans get thru this coaching…they would WANT to explore the next step…no?)

I like how it compares things to how far you walked (and believe me…walking is my only option of exercise right now…). I’ve been walking with the pedometer now for less than a week and already I’ve walked the distance of “up and down Mt. Everest”…WOW! ME? Who knew?

I am a cook at home and love to make and eat everything in the world. I like how this coach tells you to enter all the feed you ate for the day and shows you how your exercise balances with your feed choices…it now and then tells you to set a goal of, for example, “try not to eat anything today that has any form of grease.” Ok…cool! I may do that for 1 day or two…but you do not have to do that each day!

This is way cool. And would LOVE a share 2 later on down the road. I would buy percentage 2 now if they had it just so I’d be ready for it. It’s so interesting what they do with a Nintendo DS these days! WAY TO GO N2DS!

4Very Cute! GREAT for motavation

The Little stick figure as noted in other reviews is perfectly adorable! it was fun to get started with that cute lil thing. I rated this game 4 stars because there are somethings i think need to be improved, Overall the masters of this game far out weigh the cons. The Pros of this game is it is fun, it is easy to follow, it doesn’t make you feel overwhelmed with the amount of steps you have to take. The challenges are little and simple but overall they make a big difference. The Pedometer that came with the game is gorgeous exact and easy to wear. It’s a breeze to upload your steps into your Nintendo DS. It genuinely threw me off to see it logged down how much i ate (the selections i made) and how much exercise i get in a day. WOW! im a total bum! lol (my words,not the game) The feed intake and selections you are required to log down gain EVERYONE! skinny ,thin ,average and overweight see with their own eyes what they need to do to make more salubrious selections in there life. MOST IMPORTANT for me was the goals were not daunting or out of reach for the intermediate person and it’s a EXCELLENT motavation tool. The CONS of this for me were when i was going through step by step and a the page turned their was no way you could go to the former page, VERY ANNOYING! a lot of stuff i wanted to read over and had no way of getting back to it, you cannot stop and save right on the spot either so if you shut it off you have to commence all over again. This was just in the beggining percentage of the game, the other annoying percentage was not being competent to reverse a faulty choice or being competent to cancel a challenge, possibly im not doing it right ( i am new to nintendo ds ) but this game must have a “go back” or something like that on all of it is pages so you may back out and re-read things or make changes. And hey Nintendo!!! did you even consider that persons have dissimilar diets??? im a vegetarian ( no eggs and no dairy in my diet ever!) so that is a problem for me when it comes to numerous of the feed choices, i just skip that and replace it with something similar, it is not that hard, it just would of been nice if the game had asked when it comes to the foods you ate or fended off when making your profile. Surely im not the only vegetarian out there! Hope this review helps!
