As you may see, those five exercises right there put together may make a beauteous nice little workout! The key here is to make sure that you use proper form and train with intensity! Make sure that you are not cheating on your pushups by going only halfway down. Make sure that you do the same with your dips, and maintain proper form on your single leg squats. You ought to never have your kneecap further out than your toes, as a rule. That keeps you from risking severe injury, though with body weight squats the likelihood is far less than with heavy weights. The best portion of these types of exercises is that they will in truth provide you with a measurable way to compare your fitness level as time goes on. With a normal workout routine using weights, you change your exercises many times and it is hard to compare how strong you are with how strong you applied to be.
