You need to take control of your weight loss by doing these so that you may stop asking “why am I profiting weight fast” and begin saying “OMG, I’m losing weight fast”.

I have read his autobiography and has changed my mentality towards African Americans. Read in High School and actually made me cry in regards to the cruelties this race has been through. Just wanted to have book again as an adult to re-read his book again. It’s very educationally.
